  • Insure your hotel has a focused and targeted ongoing marketing strategy in place that maximizes revenue performance. Weekly and Monthly review meetings will be conducted to insure the property stays "on task" and focused on designated priorities.
  • Make certain your hotel is "connected" with local government and civic leadership and maintains an advantageous position in the community for new and ongoing business opportunities.
  • Provide full accounting services, to include P&L's, Payroll, payables, licenses, taxes and internal SOP's.

  • Develop Food and Beverage concepts and strategies for maximum revenue potential and service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing management tools to track payroll and operating expenses pro-actively to insure financial targets are met every month.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the franchisor to ensure the property maintains/follows all rules and regulations, and service standards, participates in all brand-sponsored programs, and take advantage of the National Sales office and other sources for business enhancement opportunities.
  • Implement a "Service Delivery" program that ensures customers' expectations are exceeded every day and the property maintains an "Excellent" status with brand customer service scores/responses.
