John W. Lott CHA
President

John Lott started his career in 1976 with McGiffen Management in Louisville, Ky., a company that owned and operated a group of Holiday Inn Hotels. He later joined RFS in Memphis TN where he became Regional Director for over 12 years overseeing properties throughout the Southeast and Central US. John helped RFS inc. grow from managing 12 hotels to controlling over 60 hotels through RFSI, a publicly traded REIT.



John then joined another public company, Servico Hotels/Lodgian inc., and served as Regional Director for 8 years, managing up to 27 properties in the US including brands such as Hilton, Marriott and Crowne Plaza. In 2006 John recruited a top management team to form "LTS Hospitality Management LLC" which oversees 11 hotels in KY & IN and is involved in several new management and property development initiatives in the region.

Jenny Tisheuar
Director of Finance and Accounting

Jenny Tisheuar is a 20 year hospitality accounting veteran who has worked for both, private and public hotel companies managing all aspects of accounting services including P&L management, payroll, balance statements, payables and receivables. Jenny also monitors all taxes, permits and licensing requirements.

Ellen Lott
Hospitality Sales

Ellen Lott is a 30 year veteran of Hospitality Sales & Marketing. Ellen has demonstrated her passion and exceptional sales skills consistently for numerous major hotel companies and destination properties, winning several awards at many of her properties. Her experiences with National Corporations and Associations have taken her to most major cities in the US and she has been one of the most sought after Sales Experts in her field.


Ellen began her career in St Louis with The Sheraton Clayton Plaza in Corporate Sales. She then worked with Ritz Carlton Hotels with National Associations, focusing mostly on the New York and Washington DC markets. She then moved to Houston TX where she served as Director of Sales for Hawthorn Suites Hotels, Senior Sales Manager with Hilton Hotels, and also Senior Sales Manager for Marriott Hotels , working with major oil companies such as Chevron and BP Oil in addition to many national corporations.



After relocating to Louisville KY in 2000, Ellen continued her outstanding success first joining the Camberly Brown Hotel, and then the Seelbach Hilton Hotel as National Corporate Sales Manager.


Ellen’s extensive experience in Hospitality Sales and her ability to drive top line revenues to their highest levels at each property, bring a valuable service to LTS Hospitality and our hotels.

Christy Combs
Human Resources

Christy is a career hotelier who began her industry experience in operations before moving into hotel accounting and ultimately Human Resources. Christy is responsible for Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and Human Resources for our organization.

Amanda Runyon
Operations Manager

Amanda has had an extensive career in hospitality including operating many IHG properties and held Food & Beverage Management positions before moving into General Manager of Staybridge Suites and Fairfield Inn Hotels. She now assists and oversee's our hotels operationally.

Austin Lott
Sales & Marketing

Austin has recently joined LTS Hospitality in Sales & Marketing, focusing on both direct customer sales and revenue management activities. Austin has spent several years assisting the company in hotel operations in addition to various special projects before moving into Sales full time.

Candace Lyons
Sales & Marketing

Candice Lyons has recently joined our Sales & Marketing team with focus on Revenue Management and Group business. Candice has extensive experience in Hotel Management, in addition to Food & Beverage Operations and Sales. Her addition to our Sales team enhances our commitment and effort to maximize revenue opportunities at all of our properties.
